Where the depth actually comes from

Tripp Integrated Services was founded by Ibrahim Runmonkun, a software engineer who has worked as Lead Software Developer and in IT & digital supportat one of Nigeria's leading HR firms. That meant building and maintaining the systems behind real payroll runs, employee data, and statutory compliance — while sitting close to the HR processes, the people using them, and the clients depending on them.

It's why the PAYE, pension, and statutory-deduction logic in our free calculator is grounded in lived experience rather than a weekend of research — and why we understand HR processes, the people in them, and what client satisfaction actually requires.

That domain depth is our anchor, but it's not our limit. Tripp takes on software, app, IT, and automation work across industries — HR and payroll is simply where our roots, and our sharpest insight, happen to be.
